This element provides the entry process for all angular & linear “In flight” knife and edged weapon attacks, slashing, stabbing, empty hand and blunt weapon defences such as batons & clubs etc. It incorporates both F.R.A.C.T. & HaganaH methodology to negotiate the chaos of the first few seconds of an ambush or surprise attack & is the cornerstone of our knife survival strategy.

2) STREET SCENARIOS.

Defences to the most common forms of physical assault scenario. Grabs, chokes, headlocks etc.

3) GROUND SURVIVAL.

Tactics to neutralise an attacker & get back to your feet as fast as possible should you find yourself in a ground survival scenario.

4) KNIFE & GUN THREAT COUNTER MEASURES.

Tactics to neutralise and disarm an attacker using a knife or firearm threat.

  5) TACTICAL KNIFE FIGHTING. Fundamentals, principles & methodology of using a knife as a defensive/offensive tool. This element is used primarily to foster greater knowledge & understanding of how a knife can be utilised, to enhance an operator’s unarmed knife defence capability.
